Must have previous administrative experience.
Seeking a dynamic person to fill the role that involves excellent customer service over the telephone or email. Accurate Order entry and excellent customer service skills required.

A go-getter and positive attitude with keen attention to detail is an absolute must.
Mature, reliable and trustworthy persons that will be handling sensitive and confidential information.
Seeking one full time person to fill a role requiring excellent Order entry skills, great attention to detail, common sense and the strive to provide efficient and accurate invoices for our customers.
Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of various office software programs, and a typing speed minimum of 50WPM

Do you possess the ability to think on your feet and find solutions to problems if they occur? Are a stickler for following policy and procedures and takes great pride in your work? Not afraid to work alone or with little supervision?
Ability to follow procedures according to Organic Standards and FSSC Food Safety protocols.
