To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Branch Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Shaunavon, SK. As Branch Manager, you will provide leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location, while optimizing the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.

Responsibilities
-Developing, implementing, and managing marketing & action plans designed to increase overall market share
-Working with GM on pricing of multi-deals, key customer acquisitions and targeted competitive customers.
-Supporting the stores efforts to achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for the location
-Supporting corporate managers in implementing changes in any department within the location
-Developing & maintaining a positive relationship with all existing & new customers & resolves any elevated customer issues, including appropriate departments
-Providing input to the hiring, development & coaching, evaluation, & effectiveness of the management team & other employees

Requirements
-Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field
-Combination of education & experience may be considered.
-Management experience
-In-depth knowledge of the ag industry combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operations
