Description

Great Buffet of China is Looking for a baker with extensive experience in Chinese bakery.

Job Duties:

Prepare ingredients and dough for breads, pastries, cookies and cakes according to recipes
Bake and decorate cakes or other baked goods
Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
Control product quality according to established standards
Order baking supplies
Participate in new product research and development process
Train and supervise baking kitchen staff

Qualifications:

Possess commercial baking knowledge and have at least one-year Chinese bakery work experience.
Completed Grade 12 or higher level of education.
Have a good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job.
Be able to communicate in English.
