Great Buffet of China is Looking for a skilled Grill Cook.

Job Duties:

Prepare meat and vegetables by slicing, cutting, tenderizing, and seasoning them as needed
Grill or roast food items in accordance with pre-set recipes
Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, roasters, and ovens
Direct kitchen staff to prepare meats and vegetables for cooking purposes
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order in the kitchen
Train and supervise kitchen helpers

Qualifications:

Possess commercial cooking knowledge and have at least one-year cook work experience, preferably with a focus on grilling.
Completed Grade 12 or higher level of education.
Have a good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job.
Be able to communicate in English.
