As a technician your role would be to install, calibrate, remove and train clients on the use to the interlock device. This position requires some knowledge of the automotive electrical system. Smart Start will provide initial and ongoing training. We strive in having the best possible work environment for all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, monitor, removals and performing calibration on the ignition interlock device
Conduct training sessions covering the use of the device to clients and others
Assist in performing inventory control
Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records
Ability to handle cash and payment transactions
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Answer technical telephone inquiries
Demonstrate high level of customer service.
