Responsibilities:
Establish and follow processes for enhancing, sustaining and operating technology
Ensure technology supports business operations and program business functions
Ongoing management of vendor-driven projects
Act as the Incident Response Manager
Oversee change management process

Qualifications:
Project Management experience
Experience with Technology rollout
Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset
Experience with SOC 2 or other frameworks is an asset
Experience with Cloud-based SaaS solutions (AWS)
