Description

Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for an Accounting/Logistics Controller in Saskatoon  



Responsibilities:
    Ensuring the ordering process is effective and releasing cars / intermodals is being done correctly and efficiently for both Western Canadian operations
    Responsible for coordinating incoming stock and recording all inventory transactions to maintain accuracy
    Responsible for issuing grain receipts and maintain shipping schedules.
    Ensuring the receiving, loading and delivery of product is meeting expectations
    Verifying that Bill of Ladings are administered accurately for both Western Canadian operations
    Verifying that scale tickets are processed accurately for both Western Canadian operations
    Verifying that all invoicing is being processed accurately
    Ownership of the production reports from both Western Canadian operations
    Responsible for assisting in the payroll process and keeping track and reporting on key payroll information
    Responsible for assisting in Hiring and interviewing processes on an Ad-Hoc basis.
    Provide regular reporting to CFO on operational issues.





Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
    Proven experience as office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
    Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
    Knowledge of MS Office and office Software (INMS).
    Proven ability to process data with high level of accuracy.
