Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrangement for maintenance and repair work.
- To maintain Client Relationship.
- To channel company operations and policies.
- Answer all phone calls and inquiries and attend walk-in Customers.
- To Apply Building Permits to city and co-ordinate with Architect and city permit department
- To schedule all site inspections.
- To manage all incoming and outcoming mails.
- To check sub contractors Status: Safety, WCB and Business License
- Requisition supplies and materials
- To control financials & company budgets.

- Good computer and internet knowledge
- Microsoft word
- Reading and writing text
