He/She must be able to perform some or all the following duties but not limited to:
Ensure high levels of customer service and support
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff
Assign duties to sales staff and prepare work schedules
Manage and resolve complaints and conflicts
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising etc
Provide training and support for new staff
Managing and achieving store sales
Collaborate with higher management in expanding product range
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
Sell merchandise and prepare work orders.
Maintain orders and organize inventory and order merchandise.
Coordinate both optical locations and laboratories.
Housekeeping and maintain health and safety measures
