We are looking to hire part-time summer positions at the BGC Yorkton. To meet funding requirements priority will be given to youth ages 15 through 30. A Part-Time Summer Program Leader will work with Middle Years children and youth ages 5 through 12. They will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of quality programming from the end of June 2022 through to August 26, 2022. Duties include managing safety protocols and procedures, providing creative programming, leading activities, tracking participant information and attendance, providing feedback, fostering the development of children, and acting as a positive, responsible role model to those we serve. The Summer Programmer will have contact with children and youth, parents/guardians, co-workers, community partners, and volunteers. They will interact with partner organizations, other agencies, media, and the community at large. The individual must possess strong communication skills, and leadership skills and be an active member of our team.
Program shifts vary between 7:45 am and 5:15 pm Mondays through Fridays.
Hours vary between 15 and 25 per week.
