Novlan Bros New Holland Agriculture Lloydminster location is expanding our professional Parts team and are recruiting for an experienced Agricultural Parts Advisor. We may consider applicants with a strong agricultural or heavy equipment parts backgrounds. Fluent English, computer and customer service skills are essential. The expectations of this position are as follows: - Reading parts OEM diagrams and parts lookup - Working front and back parts counters for customers and mechanics - Answering phones - Following up with customer requests on a timely basis - Opening/closing work orders and helping the shop with parts - Working shifts in the evening/on call and weekend parts rotation - traveling to other locations if assistance needed - High quality of customer service is expected - Arriving to work on time and ready to go - Keeping displays neat and tidy. Dusting if necessary - Stocking shelves each day - Updating parts display pricing - Treat co-workers with respect - Maintain professional appearance & strong work ethic - Keep a clean work area. This is a highly technical position, candidates for consideration must posses an advanced working knowledge of agricultural equipment (or will consider equivalent experience in HD parts) Must be legal to work in Canada, we cannot sponsor at this time.
