Vendastas VP of Product will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy for various areas of our world-class, all-in-one digital solutions platform, and specifically, leading Vendastas go-to-market strategy for the Channel Partners division.
Impact
Functional Management
Work with divisional GM to define and communicate clear goals, strategies, and results
Collaborate with leaders to build and lead a strong team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineering Managers dedicated to achieving Vendastas overall goals for business growth
Manage OKRs with key team members to communicate functional and divisional goals
Strategy & Growth
Collaborate with divisional GM in broader strategic planning of Vendastas product go-to-market strategy
Act as a product advocate & champion and/regularly communicate product roadmap and development schedules
Work with product functions to ensure the creation and implementation of products are designed to grow the business, assigning tasks and deliverables
Coordinate and execute market research programs, developing business cases
Develop a strategic understanding of Vendastas user personas and the larger target markets
Requirements
7+ years experience in product management in a technology/software environment
5+ years experience managing a functional unit in a SaaS setting
Proven positive impact on product metrics and performance indicatorssuch as customer retention, acquisition, growth, engagementthrough leadership and expertise
Ability to bring a new level excellence to the product function
Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and teams across an Agile environment with strategy definition responsibilities\
Strong project management and budgeting experience, as well as significant experience in developing and planning projects and achieving outcomes expected within anticipated timeframes
