Job Duties:
Review applications for accuracy and evaluate staff progress
Train and mentor junior staff to transfer knowledge and encourage career growth
Conduct analyses related to efficiencies, timelines and processes
Maintain work priorities to ensure proper procedure and deadlines are met
Ensure privacy legislation is met in regards to record keeping
Prepare progress updates and correspondence to maintain budgetary controls
Explain services to clients and answer general inquiries
Other administrative tasks as required to completion

Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration
