The receptionist position is directly responsible to the Office Coordinator in matters pertaining to the execution of her/his work at the Agency. The receptionist is required to perform a variety of clerical, reception and data entry tasks. The roles and responsibilities are varied and staff must be well organized, flexible and able to respond to the immediate needs of both staff and clients. Since the receptionist is the first contact people have with the agency it is imperative that they be able to provide appropriate information in a professional, pleasant and welcoming manner.
