Property Management Administration
- Provide support in the day to day property management activities for commercial and residential buildings in the organization's portfolio.
- Handle tenant calls and follow-up, supplier enquiries and updates.  Track and update documents, lease renewals, insurance certificates, notice letters and accounting information.
- Assist with preparation of seasonal work contracts and annual building inspections.
- Liaison with building operators, tenants, landlords, banking institutions and legal representatives.

Financial Administration & Reporting
- Confirm and code invoicing to comply with budgets.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, distribution and budget preparation.
- Track and approve all Tenant monthly rental billings/EFT payment.

Education & Experience:
- A Diploma or Degree in business administration is an asset.
- Senior administrative professional, preferably with a property management background and administration.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of basic financial and accounting is an asset.

Computer:
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Data Entry

Personality/Desired attributes:
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, working with multiple priorities and deadlines; must have strong organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
