Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (formerly Coutts Courier and Relay Courier), is an established organization providing solutions to our clients freight needs. Our specialization is in warehousing, fulfillment, and parcel distribution. Our facilities located in Regina and Saskatoon efficiently service our Saskatchewan clients and coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking an energetic and forward thinking leader to manage the day to day activities in our Saskatoon facility.  This permanent full time role is suitable for an incumbent that has a few years of operational experience and is looking for their next step in their career.

Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, the Branch Operations Supervisor will ensure all activities are completed to meet our service expectations to our Clients.  

Responsibilities include the coordination and participation in all branch activities such as shipping & receiving, dispatching, branch administration reporting, occupational health and safety adherence including workers compensation.  Other tasks include activities such as training, new hire onboarding, recruitment, discipline, termination, coaching, performance management etc. Building, maintaining, and nurturing business relationships with our Clients, Vendors, and Carriers will also be a focus.
