Currently looking for reliable team members for food service supervisor positions, all shifts. Priority interviews will be given to those who are flexible and available weekends.
Basic Job Description:
- Take guests orders on POS register
- Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
- Handle guest requests
- Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
- Portion and wrap foods
- Package take-out food
- Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Supervising and monitoring team members and giving directions
- Handling guest concerns
Kitchen Helping:
Wash, peel and cute and slice vegetables, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Handle cleaning products, Sweep and mop floors
Bussing:
Clean and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Replenish condiments and other supplies at serving areas
Dishwashing:
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans, Clean silverware, Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher carts and waste disposal units
Weight Handling:
Up to 50 lbs
