We are currently seeking individuals in our Shipping Department for packaging & assembling various products to join our team at CNH Industrial.

Main Function
The positions main function is assembling, and packaging of various products and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

To pack, crate and bundle products and parts according standard operating procedures and/or established practices and processes to ensure adequate protection from shipment damage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
As required to operate a wide variety of material handling equipment, including hoists or any other form of handling equipment.
Qualifications

Grade 12 Diploma or GED Equivalency
Mechanical skill and hand tool knowledge would be considered an asset
Strong organizational skills, extremely self-motivated.
Good communication skills; both verbally and written.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
