Description

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr TAS), the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for bringing world-class talent all the way through the recruitment funnel and into the organization as a new hire. They work in collaboration with various hiring managers throughout the organization to create, update, and fill new & replacement roles according to the annual hiring plan as it grows and evolves with the companys changing needs.

Responsibilities
-Partner with divisional leaders to understand hiring needs; manage and facilitate the entire hiring process from job posting through to offer for your requisitions
-Create and post job requisitions according to divisional needs; process, qualify, and screen all applicants
-Refer qualified candidates through to hiring managers & divisional GMs for subsequent interviews and prepare final offers
-Work with accepted candidate to coordinate onboarding with involved parties
-Act as a brand ambassador to position Vendasta as an employer of choice, with a focus on sharing our culture to attract talent
-Establish relationships within the community, educational institutes, recruiters, and etc. to explore and participate in partnership opportunitiessuch as career fairs, campus recruiting events, industry events, speaking engagements

Qualifications
-3+ years experience working in recruitment; preference given to those with a focus on sales hiring
-Experience sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn
-Energetic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering results
-Excellent professional communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders
-Ability to learn and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
-Successful track record of coaching, creating trust, and maintaining relationships at all levels
