Job Duties/Responsibilities
Greet customers and present restaurant menus;
Answer to customers questions regarding food or menus;
Take orders and convey to kitchen staff;
Provide recommendations about food and beverages;
Address customer complaints;
Serve food at customers tables;
Present bill to customer and charge via cash/credit/debit;
Clean tables, chairs, trays & counters.
Ensure that all guests get benefits from on going and upcoming promotions and family combos.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food tableware etc.
Skills Requirements:
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, attention to detail, multi-tasking.
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 1-2 years of work experience is required.
