Analyze business opportunities and growth areas for SDC and Subsidiaries;
Create business strategies to facilitate company growth;
Evaluate appropriate information to forecast the return on future business transactions;
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers;
Maintaining quality assurance within SDCs various companies;
Preparing tenders, estimates, and bid submissions;
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets;
Assist in reviewing reports, interpreting and analyzing data to formulate strategic plans and
direction;
General understanding of land development;
Ability to work remotely/virtually;
Qualifications
A diploma or degree in business management, accounting, or finance;
At least 5 years work experience as business development manager or managing a business;
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends;
Must pass a security clearance;
Must have a valid drivers license.
