Description

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Corporate and Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Prevention Institutes Board of Directors, committees, and programs and contributing to the effectiveness, quality, and professionalism of the Prevention Institutes communications. Maintaining privacy and confidentiality in this role is essential.

The Corporate and Office Administrator represents the Institute in communication with the general public, stakeholders, and staff and is required to demonstrate the values of the organization and be a leader in effective communication and teamwork.

The Corporate and Office Administrator will work closely with the Accountant, Office
Administrator and Financial Clerk, Executive Director, and other staff on a regular basis.
