Reporting directly to the Box Office Manager, this Part-Time Box Office positions regular duties include day-to-day ticketing requests, patron services and care, responding to information requests, and administrative support.
Persephone Theatre is looking for an individual who is excited to take on the following responsibilities:
Providing the highest level of customer service and attention
Ensuring all ticket requests and subscriptions are handled promptly for all Persephone Theatre and Third Party productions.
Addressing patron accessibility issues, questions and needs.
Preparing daily reports and accurate reconciliation of cash receipts and sales.
Preparing tickets for distribution leading up to show times.
Other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications Desired:
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
At ease using various types of computer software.
Customer service and/or retail experience is an asset.
Able to build and maintain positive relationships.
Able to work nights and weekends.
Able to focus within a busy environment and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Criminal record and vulnerable sector check is required
