Responsibilities

Prepping ingredients
Food execution and presentation
Assembling orders
Ensuring standards of food quality
Assisting other chefs
Maintain sanitation in all areas of Food Operations

Requirements

Familiar with Vietnamese culinary cooking methods and techniques
Willing to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
Can read and understand basic English
Proficient in Vietnamese to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff members

Preferability will be given to those who are:

Knowledgeable of Asian spices and cooking techniques
Experienced in cooking Vietnamese cuisine
Work experience in commercial kitchen setting
