Responsibilities
Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing strategies
Establishing banking relationships; preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets
Analyze variances, initiating corrective actions
Developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks
Controls purchases and inventory and negotiating pricing and contracts with suppliers
Preparing financial and sales projections, analyses, and estimates
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, and determining and implementing system improvements.
Requirements
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software like Touchbistro
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Excellent financial management skills, ability to track, record, and analyze invoices
Effectively analyze and communicate financial and accounting statements, estimates, and projections to senior management
Preferably a BSc degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary Schooling
