SaskEnergy is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative you will support customer inquiries by providing customer account administration regarding billing, payments and other service requests.
Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task well, provide sound judgment in daily decision making and utilize a customer focused approach to handling challenging customer interactions.
This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3 days per week in a fast- paced call centre environment (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 4:47 pm).
Upon hire you will be required to successfully complete an internal Customer Service training program (approximately 8 weeks).
Position Details
This position is a permanent part time union role.
Qualified applicants will possess
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills of 45 wpm.
NOTE: a typing test must accompany job applications. Only applicants with 45 wpm will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in an office environment providing customer service while utilizing customer information systems and software in Microsoft Suite.
Additional Information
- Infrequent travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters may be required.
