Description

This position is dedicated to supporting Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their
families as it relates to family separation and reunion/ counselling supports and related
resources and services at 15 Wing Moose Jaw. Reporting to the MFRC Senior Operations
Manager and liaising with other internal and external stakeholders, the Social Worker/
Family Support Coordinator will be responsible for the provision of mental health services,
which requires extensive work with military families. The position will be responsible for the
execution of internal social work services, as well as the provision of access to external
programs in the local community that will assist CAF members and their families with regard
to access to family-centric mental health services.
