answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
schedule, change or cancel appointment for manager
receive and direct visitors and customer
record and prepare minutes of meetings
prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
collect timesheets and maintains records of attendance and vacation
open, sort and distribute incoming mails
maintain pleasant indoor and surrounding environment of the store
place purchasing orders for store suppliers and monitor inventories
be responsible for the maintenance of therapy facility and office equipment
