Basic Function:

The positions main function is assembling, and packaging of various products and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
1. To perform simple, complex, or repetitive tasks all while maintaining safety and quality standards.
2. Able to work in workstations with either a high level of calculations and decisions, or with varying work content all while maintaining safety and quality standards.
3. To have a high level of attention to identify quality issues and defects in their manufacturing process and product, then to report them to their Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
4. Completes all CILR activities when required, identifies deficiencies in the cleaning cycle and provides suitable suggestions to counteract sources of contamination using CILR.
5. To use the defined method of data collection and record keeping for the area so that information can be compiled and used by the company.
6. Perform a variety of sub-assembly, component assemblies or complete company products at stations or production lines using prints, specification sheets and verbal instructions
7. To pack, crate and bundle products and parts according to prescribed methods to ensure adequate.
8. To load and unload parts or assemblies on the Liquid Paint line or Powder Paint line.
9. Work from shop drawings, load lists, specification sheets and verbal instructions.

Qualifications:

You have completed Grade 12 or have a GED Equivalency.
You possess strong organizational skills and work well in a team setting.
You can complete the moderate physical demand in handling parts and tools.
You have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
You excel at working with minimal direction.
