With over 75 years serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet & industrial markets, Auto Electric Service Ltd & Mainline Fleet Service is southern Saskatchewan's largest locally owned & operated automotive parts warehouse. We service retail and wholesale markets with parts stores located in Regina, Yorkton, Estevan, & Weyburn. We are accepting resumes for an experienced, motivated, career-minded Administrative and Purchasing Clerk at our Weyburn Store.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Data entry & posting
Receiving of daily stock orders into inventory
Coding of invoices
Receiving & posting of purchase orders
Releasing daily purchases into system
Organizing and filling out payables
Distribution of paperwork to head office
Filing & distribution of supplier and customer invoices
Coordinating and distributing monthly statements
Entering salesman stock orders and customer orders into computer system
Coordinating and processing new good returns, cores and warranty
Coordinate and process warranties
Returning overstock to branches and warehouse
Maintaining obsolete part returns
Processing special order returns to suppliers
Coordinating annual vendor returns
Communicating clearly in person, on the phone and demonstrating a willing to initiate calls
Completing the daily bank deposit
Data entry of the bank deposit
Communicating with internal staff to clarify or collect missing information
Administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Automotive knowledge/background is an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt
Strong computer skills
Outstanding customer service & communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Good working knowledge of other office equipment: copier, scanner, credit card terminals.
Problem solving and numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
