We are currently looking for a Web Hosting Support Specialist whose responsibilities and qualifications will include, but not be limited to:

- Provide technical assistance via helpdesk, email, or phone
- Recommend cloud hosting solutions to customers when appropriate
- Register, manage, and transfer domain name and manage DNS entries
- Troubleshoot email issues on various hosted platforms, including Exchange Online / Office 365
- Install, troubleshoot, analyze and optimize installations for WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and other content management systems

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in technical support and/or helpdesk specializing in website hosting, domain names, and/or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with cPanel/WHM or other control panels
- Excellent, professional customer service
- Good understanding of email systems and protocols (POP/IMAP/SMTP), and mail servers
- Good understanding of web concepts such as DNS and IP
- Experience in MySQL database system management
- Knowledge of Apache and PHP
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English
