We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Welding to join our team in Saskatoon.  This position plans, coordinates and manages the effective utilization of people, materials, equipment and manufacturing processes within the Weld Department to meet safety, production schedule, quality, inventory, cost and delivery objectives as well as detecting any issues and striving to improve as needed.

The qualified candidate will have:
    Bachelors degree plus 2 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing, agricultural or technical role OR
    Associates degree plus 5 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing, agricultural or technical role OR
    High school diploma /GED plus 7 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing, agricultural or technical role.
The ideal candidate will have:
    Previous supervisory/leadership experience
    Multi-functional experience (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, Safety)
    Experience participating and leading continuous improvement activities.
    Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
