District Recruitment Assistant
Prince Albert-Full-Time, 30 hours per week
The District Recruitment Assistant provides administrative support to the Recruitment team and the District Office team in the recruitment process.
The District Recruitment Assistant provides support to Program locations and works from the District office. They communicate with people within and outside of Christian Horizons to provide information about the organization.
Experience: 1 year on-the-job experience
Education: High School Diploma
2 years Human Resources related Community College preferred
Skills & Core Competencies: Computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365,excel and Adobe software, knowledge of office procedures and equipment. The Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills, Flexible, excellent collaboration skills
Detail-oriented. Ability to manage competing priorities .
Work Conditions: Standard office environment
Local travel within the community
Requirements: Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check ,a satisfactory Driver's Abstract.
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to reliable transportation. Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination.
