Plan and execute food preparation and cooking activities to meet menu requirements. Prepare nutritious, appealing and authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine Monitor from a team approach the behavior of food service personnel compliance with recognized sanitation and safety standards Clean and sanitize all food preparation equipment and ensure that it is kept in safe and operable condition. Ensure that kitchen area meets current health and sanitation requirements Take inventory of supplies on a regular basis and order supplies as needed Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service
