*TASKS*
- Maintain quality relationships with parents and provide them with information on the functioning of the center;
- Assist the executive board in the exercise of its roles and responsibilities;
- Supervise the implementation of the educational program and ensure the quality of the services offered;
- Management of human resources, financial and material resources;
- Offer support with the animation of groups to educators;
- Any other tasks related to the job.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
- Hold or able to obtain a certificate or diploma equivalent to an ECE III (Early Childhood Educator) level or other equivalent training recognized by the Ministry of Education;
- Hold a valid CPR and first aid level C certificate;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English;
- Provide a report of their criminal record including the verification of the vulnerable sector upon taking office;
- Having a diploma related to the field of administration is an asset.

- Sense of organization;
- Conflict resolution;
- Understanding of child development.
