Vendasta's Integrative Marketing Coordinator will manage internal and external marketing efforts utilizing skills including project management, event planning, and sales support. This individual will also manage marketing content initiatives designed to increase our sales engagement, customer retention, and positive brand recognition.
Responsibilities:
Manage recurring content creation for internal and client-facing communications, website, presentations, promotional materials, and other communications as requested.
Produce and edit content ensuring accurate grammar, punctuation, spelling, usage, consistency, and tone.
Utilize measurement and analytics to quantify performance results for future marketing initiatives.
Create and manage project plans for the purpose of prospecting, marketing collateral, conference swag, competitive analysis, and more.
Execute external marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives to ensure event success.
Oversee planning, production, and execution of participation in industry events.
Compile market and industry trend research and analysis.
Whatever else it takes to get the job done!
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years event marketing experience a plus
4 year/Bachelors Degree required
Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and proofreading content
Exceptional attention to detail, proactive, organized, innovative, forward-thinking and output-driven
Experience in content marketing, marketing automation, social media marketing, and SEM.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with short timeframes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to work independently and hit the ground running
Ability to create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization
Experience in the software or advertising technology space is preferred
Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, AdWords, Slack, and Canva
