Spectra Venue Management is the operator of Mosaic Place (www.mosaicplace.ca)  and we require an energetic, highly motivated and detailed orientated, customer-focused team player to become the Finance Coordinator. This position is full time, salaried and comes with competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit plan.

As Finance Coordinator you will have knowledge of and experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepare and process daily cash receipts.  In addition, this position will oversee general office administration.

You are accurate, organized, resourceful and love problem solving and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.  Having a great attitude, exceptional communication skills and awesome customer service abilities are essential.
