The Container Guy is looking for an ambitious Office Administrator who will help with the day-to-day operations at our Saskatoon location. Responsibilities:
- Support the companys day-to-day operations
- Fulfill clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and welcoming/directing visitors to appropriate office/staff
- Prepare documents such as estimates, sales orders, work orders, delivery slips, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
- Maintain an organized filing system for the office
- Perform other bookkeeping duties in accounting software
- Coordinate and manage the office calendar for scheduled container pick-ups, drop-offs and appointments
- Purchase office supplies and equipment
- Perform other relevant duties when required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Business certificate or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative experience, accounting background is an asset
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Know how to prioritize
- Experience in customer service
The Container Guy has been in business since 2008, selling and renting shipping containers in Western Canada. Since then, we have expanded to modifying containers for many industrial and mining companies and have become known as the go-to guys for modifications.
