Description

Book online promotion on social media, check for new appointment calendar to book clients. Meet or exceed shop financial metrics with a full understanding of shop revenue, average tickets to all customers.

Book clients appointment came on call, email and one social media and communication to cancel or modify. Manage walk in clients and manager barbers schedule during open hrs.

Managing website  maintenance for new product to upload and make picture of it on website. Send promotional advertising via daily promo.

Promote rental chair for hairstyles on company website.

Putting all daily customer name and email and phone in word file to generate database and occasionally

Client headcount and retention, labor and cost control, retail sales, and Employee retention.

Ensure proper coverage of all staff positions during all hours of operation.

Effectively communicate with various people and departments within the organization.

Effectively manage and resolve Client service issues within a timely manner.

Conduct regularly schedule performance reviews with Employees, provide timely and accurate feedback, and consistently hold Employees accountable for performance.

Responsible for following all local and federal guidelines in acquiring and maintaining Employee files to include all barber Certification and experience documents on file.

Ensure professional and retail inventory is replenished timely and within budget. With Accessories area.

Maintain & safeguard inventory & other company assets (i.e. cash, shop equipment and sell hair accessories and shampoos and other hair products.

Ensure proper cash handling. Educate and encourage Employees to consistently recommend and upsell retail products and add-on services.

Ensure the shop and all Employees are following and in compliance with all Cosmetology and Barbering rules and regulations as defined by the SK Province.
