In business since 1982, Affiliated Auto Wrecking has been under new ownership since 2007. We carry all kinds of parts for all makes of cars and trucks including used, aftermarket, and new parts.

We are seeking a full-time Front Counter Parts Person to join our team.

Job Summary:  

The Front Counter Parts Person is the liaison between the customer and the business as it pertains to assisting the customer in finding the parts that are required.

Job Title: Front Counter Parts Person

Reports To: Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:  
    Greets guests of the company at the front desk
    Answers questions and addresses complaints
    Manages the cash box
    Handles all cash transactions, cash counts, and cash in/out
    Receives and issues incoming and outgoing payments by cash, cheque, credit, debit, and e-transfer
    Handles phone system and messages
    Handles incoming and outgoing emails
    Keeps track of shipments
    Orders stock as required
    Keeps offices and front area neat and tidy
    All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
    Previous customer service experience is preferred
    Previous shop experience is strongly preferred
