Following are the job duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of store operations, staff, and assign duties.
2. Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of retail sales.
3. Develop the stores strategic plan to achieve financial results.
4. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
5. Drive sales by continually identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals.
6. Network, recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train.
7. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
8. Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
9. Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures and maintains store standards.
10. Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
