Description

We are currently looking for a Houseperson to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon Centre. This position will ensure the hotel is safe, secure, clean, and organized throughout the day. From the hotel lobby, right through to the guest rooms, the Guests first impression around cleanliness is a powerful and lasting one.

Job Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals
Take the initiative to offer assistance or answer questions from guests
Perform regular walks of the guestroom floors and other areas to ensure all are clean, safe, and secure
Enforce the rules of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, visitors to the property, employees, and hotel property
Perform duties to close the pool and fitness center
Perform additional maintenance, cleaning or service tasks assigned by Supervisors, Department Managers, or General Manager
Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards
Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials
Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift, stand for extended periods and lift 30 pounds
