PROJECT MANAGER
Carmont Construction is an innovative general contracting company that delivers quality construction projects and exceptional service within the construction industry.  If you are an ambitious, individual that is passionate about the construction industry, we are looking to fill a project manager position.

Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for quality control, project profitability and maintaining project schedules.  The project manager will provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to the project.  Safety is also a top priority and a critical component of the position.  The project manager will have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and quality management practices.

The successful project manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and is a self-starter in every facet of the role.  Reporting to the Owner, the project manager will provide support in all aspects of business operations.  The following is a general list of duties:

* Safety management
* Estimating, RFP's & RFQ's
* Project management
* Cost control & profitability
* Planning, coordinating & scheduling
* Quality control
* Managing sub-contractors & suppliers
* Legal disputes & contract negotiations

Qualifications
* 5+ Years project management experience
* 5+ Years managerial experience
* Red seal in Carpentry and/or technical degree

Hours of Work
