Marketing Director
Were looking for a lead marketer to push our company forward. Someone who can help us tell our story to more people in less time. A marketer who can read analytics and write content, drive strategy and determine vision. Youll have full control of our brand experience  were ready to grow and we need the right person to ignite that growth.

Who we are:
For more than three decades we have dedicated ourselves to creating original custom uniforms and sportswear for sports teams across North America. Our commitment to creating quality sublimated sportswear has led us to become the leading producer of sublimated cheerleading uniforms and practice wear in North America. We design and produce our clothes here in Saskatoon not only because its the right thing to do, but also because it allows us the opportunity to serve our customers exactly what they need.

Your goals:
    Tell our companys story in a thoughtful manner that resonates with more people
    Increase sales and large order acquisitions
    Grow our customer retention strategy

Your responsibilities:
    Create full-scale campaigns
    Create an internal marketing roadmap and get us all on the same track
    Create multi-platform content. Were on TikTok, but....how can we use it effectively?
    Analyze data from multiple platforms and tell us what to do with it

Your experience and skills:
    Good written and oral communication
    Strategic mindset
    Digital wiz. No need for us to name all the platforms, but you should be able to. From social media to SEO, digital ads to Wordpress, Shopify to whatevers next, youve got a mind for digital.
    You have a few years in the field, ideally in progressively responsible roles. Were open to new grads, too  passion is the essential bit, here.

This job is a full-time position in Saskatoon. We allow lots of flexibility and youll be part of a great, loyal team.
