Quinnalan Jaimes Contracting seeks a Journeyman Carpenter/ Home Builder with significant residential construction experience including:
* leading job sites
* organizing crew & trades
* foundations
* framing
* interior/exterior finishing
* millwork and tile
* flooring
* deck construction
Framing and finishing experience are of particular interest.
Duties:
* read construction drawings and related documents and codes
* construct and renovate homes to the highest standards
* work with a foreman and as part of a small crew
* maintain a safe work site
Wage: $30-$33 per hr (based on experience)
Experience: 3-5 years
Benefits: health/dental/LTD/life after 3 months
Travel: as per company policy
Location: Lakeland, Waskesiu, Elk Ridge
Work Conditions: consistent 4 day work week
