Description
Job responsibilities:
a)Perform general office administrative duties;
b)Provide internal support to other employees;
c)Prepare letters and other legal documents under the direction of the lawyer;
d)Manage and complete all other tasks and duties assigned to employee;
e)Handle incoming calls and other communications;
f)Manage office filing system;
g)Perform general office and maintenance duties;
Skills required:
a)Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and other office equipment
b)Ability to prioritize, perform under tight deadlines and manage time without supervision
c)Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
d)Ability to pay attention to detail
e)A friendly, tactful and empathetic approach to others
f)Professional and ethical conduct in the workplace
g)An absolute commitment to client confidentiality and privacy
The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle.
