The Human Resources Assistant under the supervision of the CEO and Human Resources is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource functions. The Human Resources Assistant provides advice and assistance to management, supervisors, and employees. This may include information regarding training needs, opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews, staffing and personnel policies for CUMFI.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Promptly complete meeting minutes for all relevant discussions.
Promptly handle employee requests.
Assist in payroll preparation and resolve payroll errors.
Responsible for assisting in maintaining staffing operations for the organization.
Ensuring spreadsheets and internal tracking systems are up-to-date.
Maintain full cycle employee records.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Recommend solutions to resolve attendance difficulties.
Provide recommendation on disciplinary action.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions for the organization.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Schedule, Organize and Participate in Interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
2-3 years experience in Administrative Assistant position required.
Basic knowledge of Labour Laws.
