Hi! Were District Brewing and were looking for someone with high attention to detail to help us make our Orders desk friendly and efficient. Great communication skills are essential to this position - over email and on the phone. This job is done primarily in the office of our brewery at 1555 8th Ave in Regina.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain orders from customers
- Enter orders and schedule for delivery
- Provide administrative support to Sales representatives
- Maintain communication with customers
- Bill customers and work with the Bookkeeper for accurate billing
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Answering the phone
- Potentially represent the company in the public at various events
There may be additional tasks added to your job description based on your interests and skills.
This is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
