Description

Save tax accounting & Services is located in Moose Jaw, SK is looking for full-time and part-time Bookkeeper. We offer Competitive wages and benefits package after three months. We will help with immigration. We will provide paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with regulations on payroll, taxing, bookkeeping, accounting entries, etc.

Proficient in using accounting software system, Microsoft excel and supporting accounting and tax declaration.

Entering information and data of invoices for the company and preparing tax returns Operating expenses of the invoices from companies, delivery material, inventory, etc. into the appropriate accounting software system.

Preparing balance sheets and update company ledgers regularly

Maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements of the company for bookkeeping records.

Working with an accountant to ensure that all payroll details are correct and properly recorded based on companys policies and includes all associated costs and expenses.

Calculating and preparing payrolls for the staff and bills for expenses like utility, taxes, and other expenses

Ensuring accurate and timely payment data entry in accordance with company's policies and regulations of the State.

Ensuring to maintain the productivity of the cash flow and sufficient cash for the company's operations
