Description

-Managing overall operations of company;
-Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
-Managing company's database regarding current projects, upcoming projects and make sure that deadlines are met;
-Maintaining staff's schedules for payroll;
-Supervising  administrative staff and train them if needed;
-Maintaining and ordering office supplies as required;
-Prepare progress reports for top management.
